Are you passionate about empowering older adults to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life? We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing and experienced Allied Health team. This role is primarily based in Residential Aged Care, with the opportunity to spend one day per week working with community clients through various funding streams.

What’s Involved in This Role?
- Comprehensive functional assessments and care planning
- Home modifications and equipment prescription
- Falls prevention and risk management
- Pain management strategies
- Manual handling and functional assessments
- Exercise programs and reablement services
- Attending clinical meetings and case conferences
- Educating and training care staff to support resident outcomes
- Facilitating engagement in meaningful activities
- Building and maintaining a private caseload and community referrals
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (new graduates and limited registration applicants welcome)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination evidence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Medicare Provider Number (or willingness to obtain)
